Why aren't my messages showing in my outgoing reports?

If your messages are not displaying in your outgoing reports, you will need to look at the method with which you're sending your messages to troubleshoot this problem.
If you're sending using HTTP API: Make sure that your HTTP API is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on HTTP API.
If you're sending using REST API: Make sure that your REST API is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on REST API.
If you're sending using SMPP: Make sure that your SMPP configuration is correctly set up, please refer to our API Document on SMPP.
If none of these avenues fixes the issue, please create a ticket below for our support team.
Please include the following details when contacting support:
FxbulkSMS account email address
The method in which you're sending (e.g. FxbulkSMS web portal, REST API, etc.)
Recent sample phone numbers (not showing on FxbulkSMS reports)
If sending using API, your API Username/Key
