Yes, two-way communication is supported only if you are sending from your own dedicated virtual number (currently for Australia, USA and Canada only)
To purchase your own dedicated virtual number, please click on 'Numbers' underneath 'Sending Tab' from the FxbulkSMS dashboard or contact our Customer Success team.
