In each country, local regulations may be in place when trying to send messages to users with an Alphanumeric Sender ID (Custom Word).
Operators in some countries will require that you pre-register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, whereas other countries do not require pre-registration.
The below table outlines whether a particular country supports Alphanumeric Sender IDs and if pre-registration of this Sender ID is required.
